Build through handover

ServiceNow Implementation & Delivery

Turn requirements into working applications, workflows and integrations. NGSC connects architecture and engineering with testing, release, training and operational handover.

When to use this service

You need delivery, not only recommendations.

Build a new service, modernize an existing workflow, or connect systems and data. The engagement can cover a complete implementation or a defined engineering workstream within your program.

For agencies and enterprise teams

Connect the service to the people who use it.

For federal, state and local programs, scope resident, caregiver, staff and technical-team needs together. For enterprise teams, connect platform improvements to users, service owners and operational outcomes.

What you get

A connected path from requirement to operation.

Define and design

Requirements, acceptance criteria, solution architecture, a prioritized backlog, integration contracts and a release plan.

Configure and build

ServiceNow applications, workflows, portals, workspaces, Now Mobile experiences and integrations, selected to fit the agreed scope and platform entitlements.

Test and release

Code and configuration review, QA, UAT support, accessibility and security checks, defect resolution, deployment and rollback preparation.

Train and hand over

Operating runbooks, technical documentation, role-based training for users and support teams, and the agreed transition or hypercare period.

NGSC delivery

Own the agreed delivery work.

NGSC leads the assigned architecture, engineering and delivery activities, coordinates progress and dependencies, and provides the work products and test evidence defined in the statement of work.

Configuration, scripts and other deliverables are handed over with ownership and usage rights specified in the contract.

Client partnership

Keep decisions and acceptance clear.

Client owners provide business decisions, licensed environments, approved data and access, integration contacts and acceptance reviewers. Release authorization remains with the designated client authority.

Engagement frame: Scope, staffing, responsibilities, pricing, schedule and support coverage are agreed before delivery begins. Managed operations and ongoing support are separately scoped when needed.

Acceptance and handover

Agree what success looks like before building.

Map requirements to demonstrable tests, review results with business and technology owners, resolve release-critical defects, and confirm training, runbooks, support ownership and rollback readiness.

Service-owner inputs: Intended outcomes, users, current platform and licenses, interfaces, accessibility and security needs, target dates, and decision owners. Start with business-level context; arrange a suitable channel for detailed or sensitive material.

Next step

Discuss the service you want to deliver.

Share the outcome, users and timing. We can then define the delivery scope, responsibilities and next steps.
