What the request form collects

The consultation request form collects contact and routing details such as name, business email, company, optional service interest, optional support model, optional timing, message, and consent to be contacted.

How information is used

Consultation request information is used to review service fit, respond to requests, schedule follow-up conversations, and prepare relevant ServiceNow advisory context.

Hosting, security, and analytics

The site may rely on hosting, security, performance, and aggregate traffic tools provided by the hosting environment. These tools may process technical data such as requested page, referrer, browser or device signals, IP address, and timestamp to help operate and protect the site.

Aggregate site measurement. We collect limited, first-party interaction events—such as page path, selected ServiceNow topic, CTA location, resource type, and form state—to understand which site content is useful. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, message content, form-field values, cookies, persistent visitor or session identifiers, or browser fingerprints in this measurement data. Cloudflare may process network information needed to deliver and protect the service; NextGen SaaS does not store IP addresses or user-agent values as analytics dimensions. Measurement data is retained by Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine for up to three months under the current product limits.

Consultation request information may be processed by hosting, security, anti-abuse, and transactional email service providers solely to validate, route, deliver, and protect the request.

Confidentiality reminder

Please do not submit PII, PHI, PCI/payment card data, client or customer confidential information, passwords, production credentials, protected client data, confidential documents, sensitive system details, access tokens, API keys, tokens, secrets, private financial identifiers, source code, proprietary architecture, non-public business strategy, pricing, contracts, deal information, private procurement credentials, or other regulated, confidential, or sensitive data through public forms or email.

Retention and deletion

Consultation request records may be retained as needed for follow-up, legal, administrative, relationship-management, or service-fit purposes. To request deletion or correction of request information, email inquiries@nextgensaas.io.
